Today I went there, Yeah people were there searching for encounter, But it's too crowded place, the road is always busy with walking resident people including family. No safe place to have some fun as toilet on road footpath itself, Today nany people were hunting there trying to pretend like peeing bt no one initiated himself to engage, Only safe when 2-3 people inside the toilet and the doing together, but it's nit at all safe, may anyone enter there and no place to hide it's just municipal urinal.
