This year Veerapur festival happened on 6th March. I reached there by 6 pm. Immediately I started searching for cruising area and found out that cruising happens right next to the temple in a dried pond. There were hundreds of gay men of all ages gathered there few were drinking and smoking as we go deep in inside this place the real fun started happening. People were having fun in small small groups. Some were s*ucking bananas of all sizes, some were f*ing ,some were watching these groups and jerking themselves. Overall the experience was amazing, u can find gays of all ages and sizes and particularly gays from karur , Namakkal, Trichy area are very hot and sexy. Hope to see more of u next year . The 2026 Veerappur Ponnar Shankar (Vedapari) Festival near Manapparai, Trichy, is scheduled to take place from February 15 to February 26, 2026.
Main Events Schedule 2026
February 15, 2026 (Sunday): Mahashivratri Night - Flag Hoisting (Kodiettram) and the start of the 1st Day Festival.
February 16 - 21, 2026: 2nd to 6th Day Festivals, including the Valanadu Festival on February 22.
February 23, 2026 (Monday): 7th Day Festival - Padukalam Festival (Sacrifice field event).
February 24, 2026 (Tuesday): 8th Day Festival - Vedapari Event (Ponnar Shankar riding a horse to perform the arrow-shooting ritual) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
February 25, 2026 (Wednesday): 9th Day Festival - Ther Thiruvizha (Temple Car Festival) from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
February 26, 2026 (Thursday): 10th Day Festival - Manjal Neerattu (Turmeric Water Ceremony), marking the conclusion of the festival. |

Went last night on 23-Feb-2025 to Veerappur, & I was inside the dry pond, but on the wrong side, because only a few guys come here to meet. I was not sure until I met a guy & he informed me that that's the other side. I went there & dang! People were busy having fun in small groups. Enjoyed for almost 3 hours before there was a police search & people started running here & there... hahahaha.. first time in my life got this kinda running experience... Within an hour, the fun was resumed, but I did not dare to re-enter.... In those 3 hours, I have *** 3 guys & *** by idk 9 or 10 guys. Overall, nice experience. |
