MOHAN NAGAR
So there's this paid loo at Mohan Nagar (Near auto stand). There are 2 urinals inside on the right, with wall cover on the back, so if there is no one else inside then you can *** safely. I didn't check the left side, but it seems an exciting place for fun. Also there are some shemales nearby as well.
When I was peeing, 3 of them were inside.
