Karunamoyee next to Unnayan Bhavan

There is a big empty ground next to Unnayan Bhavan at karunamoyee which does not have lights and has travellers and sumos lined up in front with only few drivers who at times go in to pee. It is used as parking lot for Book Fair in Feb. This can be an ideal place for a quickie or blowjob but not explored. Anyone interested?
