Racecourse road at night. I had a random encounter once. Was out strolling at mid night on race course road, a guy passed by me, my gaydar pinged. I use the 3-steps turn method. Keep looking in the eyes of the guy, as he passes by, take 3-step and turn, if he had turned and looking too, then u scored. Try the toilet near VGM hospital near perks
There is a cut with vgm hospital take that cut and after few steps in the right side there is a public toilet
