Does not look like a safe place. I got cornered by a group of localites who wanted to steal from me. All i was doing was walking. Luckily two people came from the nearby office and i managed to escape. Exercise caution specially after 6 pm when its a dead place. |

This is quite a big lake and gets really dark after 6:30-7. The place is used as some sort of shortcut for two wheelers coming firm Varthur road side (Mostly dunzo and swiggy folks) so a part of the park is usually busy, as vehicles keep moving. But another part is quite dark and stuff. Since vehicles ply all the time it stays open even in the nights.
I had gone there, many straight men were also there, I guess this spot also serves as a outdoor drinking spot for ppl, as I could see them taking bottles ans going inside the dark area. So better be cautious before getting hanky panky encouraged by the darkness and immense privacy.
Also more than two people warned me of snakes being there, its natural since its a lake. So thats another thing to look out for. Otherwise its a good place for quickies (I had one so 😉) as long as you keep an eye on people's movements |

Yes i agree with you... Snakes yes.. passing by bikes yes. Drinking also.... If you go around other side of the lake otd more secluded.. i had 2 times in the day time . Like 1:00 pm ishh.. nowadays i don't get tim in the evening.. so trying my luck at noon... Carful but nice. |

I been there yesterday was nice. Since rains and slushy mud no one was walking. There was one guy sitting a side with his phone. I just looked he didn't show interest. Then what I did was exciting. It’s the safest and most happening place near Brookefield. People usually come here for walk in the morning and evening. After evening, once it gets dark, curious guys will start cruising here around the lake. If the eye contact will works, u can go to some darker places on the other side of the lake where no one comes during night time. Unlike other places, I have rarely seen older guys cruising here. This place is mostly visited by young guys during night time. Mixed crowd- mostly Northies and few Kannada & Telugu guys come here. I have had a few great encounters here when I used to stay at Brookefield.
Also there is a small artificial island in the middle of the lake. If water level is less in the lake, after midnight u can try on that island too, as no one dares to enter that island. Great experience. |
