Hello cycle enthusiasts, just brought a hybrid cycle and started using it for last 3 days, never thought it would be so much fun. I believe there are plenty of cyclists here and we could catch up for a ride, may be weekend gateway.

@fun_loving, choosing a cycle depends upon your goal or purpose. If you are gradually looking for long rides, especially on urban roads with little uphil/decent off roads, hybrid will be a good option. Single seed from a good brand should be around 10k, you have a basic model around 6k from decathlon. My suggestion considering long drives, better to go for multi speed (gear) should start around 13k+.
Even MTB can do a job just that it needs a little extra efforts on long rides... Good MTB bike should be in a range of 10k+.

I have combined cycling and *** few times, where I cruise for guys in PR after cycling for 10-15 kms and meet them at their place and cycle back. Its fun. Mostly its during early mornings - 7am-9am. |

@ That's nice to here and also, it's so much fun to cruise after a ride - a ride after a ride... My early morning ride is on agra lake to all the way to bellandur or litte forward, not far I guess from your route. We can plan, at least a weekend ride |
