I dont know how this place is allowed to exist. Its right in the middle of one of the busiest places in ekm. Theres always people coming to broadway and this place can be easily seen from there. Yet it has regular cruisers having fun. I went there . Was appaled by how public it was. Theres no abandoned house .. its just a unused mini auditorium type thing with huge windows and entrances thats so open that i dont think its even possible for some of the things mentioned in this forum to happen.
