@slavebot cockrings are used to keep *** hard. The rings ensures the blood stays in the veins for longer hard on....it does not help with premature ejaculation.
If first *** is fast...you can try second time in few minutes (indulge in foreplay after first *** to allow your dixk to recover). Second time you may take longer. |

hello .. if one is experiencing extremely fast cumming .. i would suggest using a desensitizer to de-sensitize your *** .. benzocaine is safe and widely used .. it is under various brand names .. one that i have used is mucopain gel .. u will get it in any medical store .. pull back your foreskin and apply the gel with ur fingers on the glans of ur *** and leave it for about 10 - 15 minutes .. then wash ur *** with cold water .. now ur *** is desensitized and can perform for a long time. have fun. |

There are various reason of pre-mature ejaculation, some are physical, other are psychological.
1. *** has created unrealistic expectation that guys have to last for hours together, but this can't happen all the time. Some times due to mood, stress, anxiety plays important role on the performance.
2. Performance anxiety, if you keep thinking about cumming all the time, you will cumm fast. Play around. Communicating with partner helps. If you partner tell us that they are anxious, then it is upto you to make them comfortable and take the game slow. Whenever u feel like cumming. stop, relax and do something else.
3. Mostly for uncut guys, the head is very sensitive and make a habit of rolling your skin back, even when it is flacid/ soft and exposing the head to desensitize it.
4. Lower back ache, lack of excercise/ stretching, compressed nerve will also also play in early ejaculation.
5. Sometimes if refractory period (time between 2 ejaculations) is long then you will cumm fast, so it is ok to jack off 1-2 hours before *** and then enjoy foreplay and get back in ***.

1) excercise and upgrade ur physical condition so that u can sustain 200 pumps :)
2) or don't be hell bent on cumming inside the bot, pump as much as u can, withdraw, do some more foreplay and finally jack off on partner's face, chest, what ever he wants.
There is no hard and fast rule that u should finish inside the partner |
