Avoiding cameras/recording of massage

Are you guys scared of cameras being present or recordings taking place when you take a massage at a spa or hair salon?

Maybe I am being paranoid I sometimes can see an apparatus like a camera being kept on the roof or at the hook, or if the masseur has kept his mobile on and filming me when I lie on the table with my head down.

In one of the ayurvedic clinics I had visited in Mumbai (nearly six years ago) I noticed the doctor had put in cameras in most locations of the clinic and they were on and showing on her PC screen as she was taking my pulse. I made some excuse and left.

has anybody experienced this and what are the ways to avoid this?
