After 9pm peoples are not allowed at Bakkhali beach.
Mandarmoni is good option.
But best Option is Baguran Jalpai beach. There is only one resort. And guys can spend whole night at beach. There are no light at beach. Absolutely dark. |

Henry's Island is open for visitors from 6 AM to 5:30 PM. If you stay there, you can hang around at night. But there is a restrictions to go to Sea beach at Night. |
