Westend mall nearby Janak Puri West metro station is a good place for cruising. I have been there twice. Washrooms on top floors are vacant and safe.
Please note that 2 security guards are there on each floor and the top is 11th floor.
This mall is not much active so it can be used for cruising. However, this is not a place to look for partners. If you have one already, you must visit.
