Visited Fort Kochi last weekend for a vacation and thanks to few guys from this forum had two good recommendations to try Aham Ayurveda and Freedom Nature Clinic, both were amazing experiences and totally worth my travel from Fort Kochi to either of these places. Sharing my experience here of both the places in detail.
