Reasonable priced gay friendly place

Hi guys one major problem with most gays is they do not have a decent place where they can spend some intimate moments with his gay partner - most of them are staying with their families or relatives or straight colleagues - and many like me would never want to get physical outdoors - like behind trucks and public loos or shabby theatres. Does anyone know of some cottages or homestay near some beach or a quiet lane or gaothan in Mumbai - preferably in Western suburbs - where one can spend some time or weekend with his gay partner - most hotels are expensive and guesthouses/lodges are shady - there is a fear of police harassment - so some reasonably priced place which has gay-friendly vibes - I quite like the stretch between Aksa beach and Madh jetty - lot of small places in fishing villages - awaiting some positive reverts
