i get night fall while sleeping, generally after having dreams about ***
is it normal, what should i do?

Hi,
After reading this please tell me your suggestions.
I am in tour since the last two months either dubai or indian tour. But the work pressure is so much that I am not able to get time to release my loads. Not masturbated since the last 4-5 weeks.
even when I come home after the work I am so tired that I go to sleep.
