I've been suffering from premature ejaculation for many years. Have tried everything from counselling, stop start technique, kegel, allopathy medicines, renowned *** therapists in Mumbai. But nothing has helped. Any of you know any medicine that can cure it? Please share.

I know a very effective ointment for the same. Difficult to find in India, but can still cheque - Tong Balm.
Apply it on the top part of your *** and massage it gently to just spread over nicely on your ***’s top part. Apply 2 hrs before the act and re-apply just 30mins before. Results r really good

I don't think there is any medicine for premature ejaculation because it depends on person to person as some get early ejaculation some get late depends upon how u think n ur stamina |

The best solution for this is
1) stop for a while and count the numbers 100 in descending order
2) do not let your body be comfortable during intercourse ( try different positions which are a little bit not easy)
PREMATURE EJACULATION Happens due to over excitement, so try to distract your mind.
It is not easy in the beginning but works 100%.
I do this and I enjoy *** as long as I wish. |

Dear friends...
3. things. All 3 are effective.
1. There is herbal from satapuda mountains. Mostly adivasi people eat it. I have experienced. A good result. One ayrveduc doctor gives it
2. also you need to do some exercise. I follow exeise daily. It really gives good result.
A. Lay on your back.fold knees. And up your waist. Do this up down 10 minutes.
B. When you are knees are folded... spread your legs from waist.. close.. spread.. close spread... do this 10 minute
C. Fold knees. Lift your waist. Remain up. And spread your legs from waist... close spread close spread...
3. This is random. But effective.
A. Do you know watermelon right. We generally eat red part and throw away green+white part. Now don't throw it make a glass of juice of green+white part. Ad a much of sugar if you want or black salt and drink it. After one hour it works like viagra.
B. Often eat banana in the morning.
C. Often eat salted CHANA. This is effective.
