I've been suffering from premature ejaculation for many years. Have tried everything from counselling, stop start technique, kegel, allopathy medicines, renowned *** therapists in Mumbai. But nothing has helped. Any of you know any medicine that can cure it? Please share.

I know a very effective ointment for the same. Difficult to find in India, but can still cheque - Tong Balm.
Apply it on the top part of your *** and massage it gently to just spread over nicely on your ***’s top part. Apply 2 hrs before the act and re-apply just 30mins before. Results r really good

The best solution for this is
1) stop for a while and count the numbers 100 in descending order
2) do not let your body be comfortable during intercourse ( try different positions which are a little bit not easy)
PREMATURE EJACULATION Happens due to over excitement, so try to distract your mind.
It is not easy in the beginning but works 100%.
I do this and I enjoy *** as long as I wish. |

3. things. All 3 are effective.
1. There is herbal from satapuda mountains. Mostly adivasi people eat it. I have experienced. A good result. One ayrveduc doctor gives it
2. also you need to do some exercise. I follow exeise daily. It really gives good result.
A. Lay on your back.fold knees. And up your waist. Do this up down 10 minutes.
