Vendor compartments of meter gauge trains used to be the best in those days. Anytime of the days or nights.
Specially, nights used to be best as most of the lights were not working in Vendor compartments. I used to travel from St. Thomas Mount to Beach and back every day.
I had lovely great times and lot of memories.
Not sure we still have anything going on in the new trains. |

When I used to travel from Tambaram to paranur, I used to be tight formals dress. Most of the time guys used to grab mine and it becomes fully visible on full ***. Hidden my tool with bag many times. It's just a normal compartment. You don't have to buy separate ticket. The compartment seats would have been arranged differently. Like only.filled in corners. Center space would be empty for vendors. That's it |

Last week I had a great experience......boarded the train in sanitorium station but the train was nearly empty. There were only 5-7 of them there in the compartment....I went and sat on the last seat facing opposite from the door and others are on the other side of the compartment.....in the next station a guy around 25 age came and sat opposite to my seat.....I was using mobile and he stretched his legs below me.
