yes many of them are scammers , i don't understand and what basis they ask for 5 digits charges. Some of them have come up with a new thing , they say first you need to take an online session and after that they will meet in real. I asked how does that make sense so the reply was if we take an online session then they will have trust that we are genuine and they will meet in reality.
