Body odour/Bad breath

I am aware that some of us a smelly partner kinky, however, for many of us, we like our partner smelling nice & clean. Why is that I find some of the most decent, educated & hot guys have such bad breath and/or body odour ? Are they unaware of how they smell or is that something they are so used to that it does not feel offensive ?

I have my own list of fetishes and kinks and body odour/bad breath is definitely not one of them. As a matter of fact, it is such a huge turn off that I can never have any kind of intimacy with them. Anyone in the same boat ?
