I know a place. Have not seen people but it is a potential place. Behind MANGO CINEMA road. At night it's dark and no vehicles. Good place to make out |

@Boy_88 , If you're talking about the road that goes behind the 108 bulding,
I have been there and usually police roam around that road at night. |
