There will be gay ppl at day time as well as evening but mostly old people. Also many will be standing on path to latrine and repeatedly entering to peak. I visited this washroom
Nothing is going on it's very dirty public toilet no clean and very bad odour urine smell
In ground floor worker will come for urine and they will pass and they will left..

It's a very happening place. I always had fun there. Just stand at the urinals t the ground floor or on the first floor (urinals located after crossing the bridge)
