In comparison to few years ago, I am seeing a lot of bareback *** these days, is it the availability of PrEP or we have put our guards down ?
One can see the amateur videos as a proof.. ?. A lot of them, may be influenced by the raw/bare videos we see on pron sites where PrEP is available easily, but what’s the accessibility in India ? Are we looking ahead for a sharp spike in new HIV cases in the coming years ?

There a right way to do it..

From what I have experienced, I stuck to a partner with an average sized ***. In fact I only had 2 partners who wanted me to bottom for them. I enjoyed both of them because they were very particular about using a proper lube and protection.
The second partner I had only once but he was nice too. I found someone on PR and we met up. He was unbelievably thick and there was no way I thought he would be able to penetrate. He used a durex lube and condom and somehow entered me but I was in pain. Maybe due to the tightness in less that 2 minutes he climaxed and he said he felt really good. He was really fast with his strokes to the end and I was thinking nothing but to end it. However I didn't want to end it while he was thoroughly enjoying me so I waited. The fact is, most tops say they have a mile long tool and all that but they rarely think a bottom would be able to accommodate it or not. Top just don't want to use condoms, last three times I went and came back empty-handed as my partner was not willing to use a condom.
I don't personally like it, but that's the way we can make sure all enjoy it by keeping themselves away from infections that may be life-threatening.

Agree with Saje. BJ with a condom on is a waste. Better give the top a HJ if thats the case.
Condoms dont prevent many STDs. Many STDs are spread by skin to skin contact (like herpes)
And the only way to stay safe is to only have *** with yourself :-)
Nothing else guarantees you will never catch an STD. You can stick to one partner but your partner may not be as monogamous or may already have something and not know it.
As for bareback ***, lots of gay guys try and stigmatize it but as long as all parties understand the risk and consent to it, I dont see any harm. Its a personal preference just like anything else in ***.

Guys if you're willing to do BAREBACK then follow this simple rule you and your partner get tested for full STD panel tests at 2 different certified labs and go through tests twice at different labs for fasle positives if all clean enjoy barebacking, this is for long-term partners and after getting clean results don't indulge with anyone else apart from your partner even with condoms to avoid infections

@oh_desi_guy, I agree. Giving BJ with condom I find it silly and senseless. I don't think BJ without condom is a big risk; of course, many STD infections is
possible except HIV because there is no known case or evidence that a person has contracted HIV via oral ***.
About a decade ago HIV infection was fatal but nowadays, there are so many drugs available for HIV which is considered almost treatable; also, many preventive drugs or pre-exposure prophylaxis available.
Herpes is not fatal but rather it's a nuisance but there are so many medication to control herpes and to reduce it's occurrences.
I take DoxyPEP ( Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) for Bacterial infection STDs after *** and PrEP (preexposure prophylaxis) for Viral STDs Prevention before & after ***.
I have taken Hepatitis A & B vaccination combination and many other vaccination which I am not even aware of.
I wasted many years of my life being scared of STDs but now I repent that I have wasted many of my precious youth years in fear and could not enjoy much.
And now, indeed, I enjoy *** without condom, *** without condom is mush more satisfying and gratifying.

I agree with Pixie. I wasted a lot of my younger years worrying about STDs. Luckily we have Prep and Doxy Prep. if you are gay or bi, you should be on both. Talk to your doctor about the same.
I was also in a HIV vaccine study. Hopefully the Trump cuts won't impact those vaccines and we might have a functional one soon. |

@Kar_thik, I use lots of Vaseline on my ***, without condom beside taking DoxyPep & PrEP, I read somewhere that thick Vaseline Jelly acts as a barrier against germs and virus.
Vaseline is also used on open wound to protect from bacteria & dirt, I used it on my *** to protect from communicable skin diseases.
