Narsingi Military grounds is the good place. Lot of good guys come here around 7-9pm.
If you are lucky you might get a chance to have fun with military guys also..

The military guys closed the main big entrance and put a wooden gate on it, but towards the left side on the other side of road before the temple, there's a small fence which is broken from there u can still enter the ground, let's keep the place active n keep meeting there.
