For those who dont know what Phimosis is - A condition in which tight foreskin can't be pulled back over the head of the ***.
Recently i found that i have phimosis. Does anyone here has knowledge about it and the possible non surgical treatment.I dont want circumcision. If anyone has experience related please do share

There is a process called stretching but if the phimosis is very tight it may not work. The other thing is to make a small cut in the prepuce to help the glans egress. If you do not wish for a lateral or transverse cut, a longitudinal cut can do. Only around half inch is enough. However, circumcision is also a very good option and you will enjoy and ur partner will also enjoy. |

I also faced the same issue. What i did was pull the foreskin back till it pains n then leave it. Repeat this every day preferably while having bath to ease out the pain. U will be able to pull it completly back within 1 or 2 months. |

Try using coconut oil or castor oil . On to the tip of *** put some drops. Massage gently.Repeat it in the starting every four to five hours then daily while you bath . Preferably after bath you will get painless results if have patience. |

I guess this scenario happens with those guys who don't *** often or starts at very late age. I too had this issue but I used the technique of using oil (already suggested by @Mayank_1). use this technique daily and you will be retract your foreskin easily within a month. You won't need circumcision. |

I have done circumcision. It is a super simple surgery with damn quick recovery.
Pros
*** looks much bigger, cleaner and nice after circumcision.
Cons
You tend to lose some sensation. It won't be as sensitive as before.
Overall I would keep it as an option provided pullback technique doesn't work.

Hey, it is a common issue.
As Krishna Hotmale said, it is an easier procedure to have it cut open. The surgeon will make a small slit and may put a stich or two for the skin to heal. You will be sorted in a couple of days and could play in about 10 days' time.
No need for full circumcision if you don't want that.

I too had trouble pulling my foreskin back. It pained, didn't move much.... It least bothered me as I am fully bottom... But sometime back a bi forcebly *** my ***, though I didn't want anyone *** it....but he forcebly *** it and *** it so hard and good that when he finished I found that the foreskin had moved back !!!! I had this and underwent surgery. After surgery, my *** looks bigger and prettier. I am also able to enjoy *** fully now. With skin covering your *** head, you miss out on a lot of fun. 1 try pulling exersises etc when dic is soft use oil or lubricant try to pull all the way way back and clean regularly white layer spegma daily keep it clean and dry
2 if skin goes back and doesn't come back to normal may cause Para phimosis with water accumulation in fore skin and swelling .. Calm your ***.. Try good lube to get fore skin normal if not consult emergency ward its normal
3 Tight frenulum.. Doe to which fore skin is attached to *** might pain in retraction.. Get simple small surgery frenulectomy wt local anesthesia it really helps if you loose blood while pulling the cook don't get worried press it as hard at you can till bleeding stops and dress it with small cotton and soframycin ointment for a week
4 if it's true phimosis you can go for widening of skin by longitudinal slit and stitching it trasversly
5 last option is circumsion final painless surgery might take 2 weeks to completely heal but better done under supervision not like rude methods used on children at the time of sunti in some religions
Phimosis may lead to bacterial growth infection and cancer if care not taken for foul smelling smegma we generate from glands |

If u keep doing for 2 months skinn will loosen up this is the exercise heis talking about.
If u scared of getting cut, do this. Else u can get small cut without full skin removal. It will do.
circumcision is last resort. If any case u had to face then go with clamp or ZSR device circumcision as it is better than free hand.
Nothing to worry about circumcision it heals in 6 weeks if u care well n keep it dry. |

Guys, try the phimosis stretching rings. It was not available in India earlier, but there is one vendor on amazon who is selling now. It is just rubber rings with 1 to 2mm increment. Use one that you feel appropriate and after a few days or once you feel the skin is loose, go for the next size. I had a pretty tight forsaken, started with 14mm and went up to 24 mm in 2 months. Wore it diligently for half hour in the morning and half hour in the evening. It is about 2.5k if I remember right. Stretching definitely works but if you have quite a tight foreskin where you cannot insert two fingers, the rings will definitely help. Now, the foreskin rolls back in flaccid state and can get erect after rolling. I still cannot roll my foreskin after ***. Working on that. |

I remember this problem. One of my gaymate had it. Reason why he loved play with *** as he had trouble getting *** due to the foreskin. It's bad, it was so so bad, I used to do docking with him to keep him happy. But never used to stroke him as I knew his pain. I think there are phimosis rings available which might work. But my friend found cure with daily massage with castor oil mixed with coconut oil. It took him few months, but now he is capable of getting ***, with foreskin loosen up and letting the dome out. |

My foreskin is also tight. Actually it comes back to gland *** but it's too tight so when I get *** and try to pull back foreskin it comes back but it gets tear at one or couple of place. Whenever I do *** I get a tearing off of skin and after that it's painful. So I want to know is it phimosis as I am able to pull my foreskin back but it gets tear. circumcision can easily fix it.
i had opposite condition. my foreskin was very loose and long. it would easily slide over glans andi had to keep pulling back because of its extra length.
thats why i decided to go for circumcision. i wanted to shorten foreskin but doctor sugested i may not get desired result. so went for full circumcision. it takes around 8 to 0 days to heal with proper rest. now my *** looks great too. only scar and two tone colour is remaining which wont go away. its there for all cut guys. they did not use any stitches for me so no suture marks also. it gave a clean look. i was done by simple pull and cut method which is used on muslim boys when they get it done around age 8 or so.

You should do stretching. If it doesn't fixes, get it circumcised.
There are 2 types of cut.
Low vs high cut
Don't get low cut. Go for high cut.
Clamp cut is easy than freehand circumcisions. Also you should prepare your mind before cut and ask doctor about complications like skin bridge, infection during healing.
If you keep it dry and free of infection it will get heal easily.
Advantage:
No phimosis and smegma.
Easy to clean
Less chance of penile infection
More time for ejaculation
Easy to receive oral
Disadvantage
Loss of glans sensitivity

After getting cut your dome will be exposed to air and friction with underwear. It will feel water hot or cold.
You will *** without foreskin and oil can be used.
Your *** may get two tone and scar line. Your head will bulge out of underwear showing your circumcised ***. Good luck ;)

My suggestion was not to go for any surgery, because with my own personal experience I am telling this.
Before a month I too had this problem, after reading several comments through this thread.
I decided to stretch daily while bathing,
Every day while bathing I am doing this
Now after one month it is free to move front and back no pian at the time eriction also.
Now my skin at *** is very nice and loose
Now I can decide whether to keep if front or stretch back while oral or ***

you can try in royapettah crescent hospital. they charge very less, i think round 1500 rs . no need to get admitted. you get cut in morning, take rest for 2 hours and then go home. no repeat visit for dressing. it heals in 10 days.

ZSR CIRCUMCISION is best circumcision method i have ever read and i went through that. Its really painless, stitchless and quickest in terms of method n healing.
I was going through bad days and one of the doctor started diagnosing phimosis
I went through circumcision in Feb 2017 and i kept this under observation for one year though it healed in less than 7 days after circumcision.
it's really painless treatment. you can continue with your daily routine after taking one day rest post treatment. There will be a ring around your *** which will remove automatically in less than 7 days. Also you need to go through dressing 1-2 times in first week later it's not require. you will be habitual with that.

Daily stretching with coconut oil will fix mild to moderate phimosis. The surgery depends on the severity of infection and tightness. As u get aged u shud start stretching it regularly after 17yo.
Circumcising remove the all the foreskin of tip 100% but you can get dorsal slit which does not cut any skin.
