Douching or Enima
I personally prefer Enima as it takes less water and is thorough in cleaning
Though takes a long time.
I checked with couple of doctors about Enima to do it once or twice a week . It's okay.
Take medical advice before attempting anything
P.s. The amount of residue that gets cleaned even after you feel that your bowels are empty is just disgustingly amazing

I do flush my innards, everyday post my morning duty. Sort makes me feel complete ☺️. I am not bottom but I feel personal hygiene is good to have for any one. I used water faucet to clean till the water is colourless. Wash once before you get into a session as human body tends to generate waste everytime 😉 |

I read online, regular use of Enima, might cause serious health issues. I guess water is best to use, also it's good to drink lots of water before sleeping and after we wake up. If it's warm water then it's far better. It not just clear the bowl but also removes toxic material from intestine if any. |
