Lost And Found

Many a times, we all look back and find that there was someone or were few people, we met on the way of the gay life, with whom we gelled well and spent some good moments... But those moments were not long enough that we could exchange contacts... Or even if the contacts were exchanged, we lost those contact details in this fast pace life.

Now looking back, we recall them and wish if somehow we could get in touch back to that one guy...

I use true caller (true caller and the phone call history holds the date and time of the calls as long as u don't format the phone). 2. I use my whatsapp as my notepad. I send the important data as notes to myself on whatsapp. If my whatsapp number is +91912345789, then I go to short URL https://wa.me/91912345789. That open my own whatsapp and shareer i type on it, it does not send it to anyone but to me.. 3. Now whenever I meet someone (or get someone's number during cruising), I store "his number, name, TrueCaller name, Meeting data (date time area city) and some other imp info (like fauji met at Dhaula Kuwa bus stand)" on this whatsapp notebook. With these tricks, Many a times I recall my dates even after ages... And as long as person does not changes his number, I am reachable to him for sure.

After Diwali 2020, when I was returning back to my city by the train, I found a guy (of age of 22/23, 6ft tall, very fair, and with good bulge in his tracks) on the door of my bogie when train was standing on some station and I was ogling at random RPF guys on the station. But the 3some got cancelled (for some reason) so he said if I wanna meet in some guest house (being run by his friends). Thus we met again, and this time we had good fun too. After the fun, he hinted me that he is available for paid fun also... Not sure if he just wanted money from me alone or he is available for others also for paid fun. No Picture Tumki	Posted On Jun 2, 2022 Found Him. Lost Him. Found Him Again. Lost Him. 2008. Warm spring day in Delhi. I was in the city on a college break. There used to be chat engine called 'Rediffbol' with rooms for different cities. After few exchanges, I got a text from someone who identified himself as someone from Bangalore. I was yet to hit my 20s. He was in his early 40s. While in my private moment, I enjoy *** like most of us, I hate the idea of *** being the basis of any conversation, it can be part of it, though. And, this man was different from the crowd. We talked about everything but ***. We chatted the next day, the following day too and many more months. And, we exchanged our mail ID because it became apparent that the chat engine was being shut down. 2012. I started working for a PSU. He was progressing in his company. He got foreign posting. And, in those many years of our chatting, he once asked me to share my contact number with him. I denied. In the heart of hearts, I wanted to meet him and his family (he was married with a daughter). And, once I was with him, I thought I would share the contact number. I know this sounds ridiculous but well, umm, I'm ludicrous. I know. He had shared his number during first few days post our meeting, and I had saved the number in another mail ID. Even from his foreign location, we would have our time set. The first thing he would do after coming to office was to chat with me and I would wait for him, which would be towards the end of the day in India. We often would fight over trivial issues. He would use all the nasty and abusive words against me. And, though, I don't have the habbit of using slangs, I would torment him by my mannerisms. Despite all of these, we had the maturity of not shutting off each other. Even after our fights, he would ask me if it's time for me to leave the office. He knew everything about me, much like I did. And, I would always log out first - saying my cute notes. He would log out only after me. We had immense faith in each other. The trust was absolute. There was respect for each other. Love had to be there. 2016. I had a major accident. I had issues in the family, the issues that tend to increase as age starts catching us in quick succession. And, he was back in India. One evening, I was not in my best mood. And, we had decided that we would chat on that day. He had something to share with me. I was late by few minutes. And, he hated it everytime I was late. He would yell at me. Shout at me. But only for seconds. All I had to do when he was angry was to be quite for sometime. Once that moment was over, he's the best. The sweetest. (He was never ever late. Never.) The bad mood took over my senses that day. I was no more calm. I shouted back. He got more angry. He called out my name and said what's wrong? I saw this text only when damage was done. (All of our chats were in Gtalk). In the heat of that argument, I was so charged up that I deleted my Gmail account. It was like good riddance forever. Fast forward. Life continued. It had to. I never thought of him since that day, neither I thought of indulging with anyone. I was done with everything. I extracted my happiness from little things that I did on daily basis. 2021. I was quarantined in State facility because I was COVID-19 positive. It was the first wave. I was scared. I saw people beside me going to main hospital, only to come back all wrapped up. It was unsettling. After a month's time, I was declared Covid free. I was home, for another 14 days isolation. It was during this time that I thought of all those people who had had an impact in my life. He was one of them. We never met each other, but he made me happy. I made him happy. I had forgotten his mail ID. I had forgotten the password of another mail where I had saved his contact number. But then, I just couldn't give up. I tried for the next three days to access that old mail. And, Yahoo! I got the access. I got the number too. I was elated. And, now. The big dilemma. Did he change his number? Most of us won't have that old number. He had that number from day 1 of our meeting. I whispered my silent prayers. Dialled the number. Someone picked up. After that hello, good morning, I asked if it was him. He replied in affirmative and asked who I was. I revealed myself. The moment he heard it was me, he paused and then, yelled at me. Shouted at me saying how he would kill me if I was in front of him that very moment. And, he cried. He cried inconsolably. He appeared even more sweeter. He was a child at heart. That's how we met again. That's how we shared our numbers and photos. While I am a midget at 5'4", he was someone with great height and great looks. We did not talk about our future. We talked about past. About us. About everything. And, I had to take leave from him for a week because I was heading off to a remote location for some works. Network was bad. He didn't want me to go. He said he would wait. After a week, when I reached home, I texted him saying I was back from my work. (We texted normal in WhatsApp. The family knew about me as someone who was associated with his work profile/office. Our relationship was discreet.) I texted him again in the evening. And, I got this reply. "Sorry bro **********, my father just passed away yesterday due to heart attack. He was found unconscious in bathroom." The reply was from his daughter. There's none in this world to replace him. He lives forever. He's in my heart. Lost, but not lost.
