take the estrogen hormone rich foods or best way is to take those hormones pills as its easily available in big chemist or pharmacy and most of the cheap cd take contraceptive pills because in contrceptive pills there are some percentage of estrogen hormones |

Dont go for hormones without consulting a doctor try wearing tight bra with a band size smaller than yours or if you stay alone then wearing corset would be a great option you would even get that feminine pear shape |

I think the guy posting it wanted to ask how to get man-boobs without the hormonal injections and stuff. The thing is, some people eat a lot and never exercise in the life. Different people add more weight at a certain part of the body. Some people accumulate fat around their pectoral areas (pecs or chest) and it becomes saggy. Hence, man-boobs. Of course, the hormonal levels also play a part sometimes, as someone rightly mentioned before. But you can eat a lot of burgers and fries everyday and not have a lot of physical activity. I'm pretty sure you'll end up having a bulky boobs and butt. But then, don't cry if your waist is also saggy like your boobs. Haha. |

#Iamforyou - if I may add my two-paise worth here, have you considered silicon implants? Also, chicken that are injected with hormones are said to give you man boobs. You might also want to google "how to avoid man boobs" and then do just the opposite of what is suggested. But as someone posted here earlier, please do consult with a sexologist and a psychologist before you take any measures. If they are hard to find, then seek advice from Hamsafar Trust. |

Dude lots of people over here are recommending soya milk....it actually hasn't been proved...there are theories that they do alter hormonal levels but there has not been any solid proof of that....I do have soya milk on regular basis haven't created any changes in me |

Kinners get their genitals cut and because of that their testeterone productions reduces at is developed by testicals and so few get the boobs naturally.
second is that it is genetic/will come by natural genes.
I can suggest you one thing, if you are cd then keep on thinking you are a woman you have natural boobs and they are growing everyday. Sometimes by mental help your brain will help secreting estrogen and progesteron hormones naturally.

@maheshsharma83. If you have to do it naturally then just get fat some of it will be stored around your chest. Else through drugs there are prolactin/ progesterone injectibles that can give you boobs in rare cases there is even discharge from nipples. Hair loss *** finasteride too can lead to gynecomastia i.e man boobs. |

Well, I'll suggest not to get into hormone therapy just to get boobs. Get some fat instead. And the man boobs mostly depends on the tendency of your body to store fat. I have man boobs since I'm fat, and it's completely natural.
