Kegel Exercises
Guys,
Have any of you tried kegel exercise? Or any of you practice *** enlargement exercise? Does it work?

I m aware of this n practised this from my college days. Some of the yoga trainers teach this exercise in diff name. I learnt from my yoga class. It should be learnt from a master coz it has its own drawbacks id you over do or do it wrong. As far as i know it wont increase ur *** length, it is useful in getting good ***, maintain ur *** for long time n can increase ur performance time. It is nothing but strengthening ur pelvic floor muscle. If u overdo this out of curiosity at starting, it will inflamate ur pc muscle n you will *** very quickly. So take care in doing this exercise |

yes i also heard abt it. but as pointed.. shd be done in proper way.... i myself find it mot interesting to do.. so i wud say one needs to keep over all good health for proper *** life... and organs.. need to exercise regulary so that blood flow is proper in body.... not over ***..some natural foods can be taken which r so goood.. |
