I'm not sure about that place...but u may look near or over the overbridge of charbagh railway station, definitely I'm sure ull get soon someone.
Why u not looking for some apps like **BLUED**, now it is the common worldwide platform for gay meetings or LGBTQ

This place is ok as some activities have been seen always. I went to this urinal twice yesterday, once in the afternoon and again in the evening. I visit Lucknow quite often stay in hotel so I wanted to try my luck and bring some one to my hotel.
There were 3 people there in the urinals. So I waited near the entrance . two guys left one by one and I took one of the urinal. One guy was standing there with long nice hard vainy tool with big mushroom head. It was a treat to see him playing slowly with his massive rod.
