As we all know that the Mumbai Local train 2 by 2 (2x2) compartment is very famous for all these activities.
It is the gents compartment towards CST side or Churchgate side, next to luggage compartment. The entire compartment has 3 doors. But middle door (also called 2 by 2) is one where action takes place during rush hour. Just stand somewhere and start cruising you will surely get someone over there. It is famous compartment for male to male fun. So whenever you travel in Central Suburbs always catch 2x2 compartment and enjoy touching and fun in the crowd.

So if the train is coming from Churchgate or CSTM then it is second last (don't get onto luggage compartment).
When train is going to Churchgate or CSTM then it is 2nd one from start (engine side).
There are 3 doors in any compartment. Get into the middle one and stand in 2x2 area (area when u entre and where people stand on line for getting down)
Make eye contact with guys you like and smile. If they are interested they will stare back.
You might have to make eye contact a bit longer to be sure of connection. Just be a little discreet.
Once you know for sure that other person is also interested them make the move (only in a crowded train).
