Name of the parlour: Simran Spa.
It's not a very high-end place. It is a unisex salon, but only one guy does the hair cutting and facials and stuff. There is another guy for massage, who's kinda ugly but not repulsive. He gives a genuinely good massage, and in the end also gives you a hand job or a blow job, whatever you want, without charging extra.
It's a lady who handles the place, but she doesn't know about it. You can take a bath after that as well. And they give you a receipt for the massage, so you know the place is not shady. It's just that this guy goes a bit further to gratify you. The massage costs Rs 500 for regular oil, 650 for olive, and some more, I don't remember, for aromatic. I think it's a good deal. Considering it's a genuinely good massage and free blow job. Unlike Handsome Parlour at Dadar, where it's a rip-off at Rs 1200, and the owner tries to up-sell you the Rs 1600 massage which is nothing but half an hour extra. And you have to pay extra to those guys to even touch your ***. Rs 300 for a handjob, 500 for a blowjob and 1000 for a body-to-body massage! wtf! it's not as if these guys are even avg good looking!
I think Simran Spa is a good place to go with their charges. So when you get out of Elphinstone Road onto the bridge/ flyover, you go down on the west side, the side where you go to dadar west. This place is right on the left hand side of the flyover (running over the tracks), as it is about to end.

Yessss......! Went to Simran Spa a few days back. First thing - they are refurbishing the exterior room - so there are two workers scraping away the plaster - and its a chaos. Still (shamelessly?) i entered the premises and asked the Thekedar / Mukadam type person sitting there - if the massage service is functional. Perhaps he liked me - and said yes....even though there is refurbishment going on - the massage parlor is inside and its functional. Yeah....so then it was 650 bucks olive oil massage. The guy is decided ungood looking but not repulsive (as someone was saying in earlier comment) and gave a good handjob after the massage. Just a random thought. Since I swing both ways, I often go to spas where there are NE chicks. like Aur* Tha* - in vashi chembur and a couple more in worli.

Visited 'Simran Spa' at Elphinstone a couple of days back. The only masseur is in his mid 40s and is repulsively ugly... Nothing personal against the guy but that's the matter of fact. It only has one cubicle which is right in front of the main door... just separated by a door which isn't locked during the session. So even if the masseur was good looking, I'd remain nervous all throughout.
Imagine half-bald Rajnikant (as he is today) with no make-up and give him an effeminate voice... that's our masseur at Simran Spa.
He touched every erogenous zone of my body, but I simply couldn't get a boner. Tired, he finally asked me to take the shower :-D
600/- is pretty cheap, compared to Handsome parlor but Handsome somehow feels safer and guys are relatively better.
I'd say the best option is to pick a road-side masseur... the ones that roam around at night clinking the bottles of oil. Many advantages: Some are too damn good looking (mostly from UP), available in all ages.. ranging from 14 to 50... Very cheap (100/- to 200/- per hour). Went to Simran spa Elphiston road today.
