Empress botanical garden
This park is for normal couples who kiss and do fondling etc.. I think it could be used for gay meetings..it looks safe too.

They close the gate at around 6 I guess so its not even dark. Moreover there is an entry fee. It will be very difficult to find a guy to fondle with. |
