Hey there, I'm no dietician, but here is something that worked out well for me. I followed the intermittent diet for 3months straight and did bodyweight workouts during the fasting hours. For me, 16:8 worked best, and I used the fastic app(free version) to track. Additionally, I increased my water intake, especially during the fasting hours,.and before workouts, I take coffee black. Finally, I completely stopped sugar intake.

Im not a dietician, but I was following low carb high fat( keto diet) it was good, my weight loss was good even my skin tone was improved, I was feeling light

Hey

I'm not dietician But i have had an amazing body transformation since 2020 . Was 96 kg and became 72.

For weight loss follow this tip -

1. Buy a food weigh scale from Amazon..

2. Cut down by 10% everything that u eat for 10 days . From 11th to 20th day further cut by 10 % .. 21st to 31st another 10% .

3. Carbs like rice / multigrain bread must take up 40% of ur plate . Healthy fats like ghee / olive oil use 5 to 10 grams per meal only ( never avoid fats fully as they are our biggest mood enhancers in food ) . Finally consume protein 1 to 1.5g per kg body weight if you workout moderately.

You will see results by end of 2nd week itself .

I was 91, got it down to 78. With no diet...but overate 😆
I had 8 small meals starting post breakfast. Breakfast was my heaviest meal.
Rest all were in small quantities, salad, rice and curry, snacks were nuts, fruits, etc along with walking 8 kms everyday.

It took 6 months to notice the change, but for rest of them they started seeing it in first month itself...when I was 78 I had to get fresh wardrobe 😜

My boxer shorts were not sticking around too 🤣 the glow on skin, energy levels are entirely different. But COVID played spoilsport 😭😭😭

I'm on it again...anyone wanna join to keep each other motivated.

The other important thing was I had a walk partner, he was a hoooottttt looking dude... around 5.8, athelete built, sexy body with tight shorts for walking and running ( he used to run) while I used to walk. When we come face to face I look at his bulge and pointed nipples, which was enough motivation for my daily morning walks😋

@versbott000 - I am amazed at how you maintain yourself so well. You are able to lose and gain weight at such a fast pace man...Inspite of all the work schedules, fun and working out at the gym...phew...your awesome. Share some tips with us you sexy!!

I’m a Weight loss & Physique Transformation Expert. First thing. Do not follow other peoples diet, and any diet you get in the internet. Coz we all have different eating habits. Acid reflux issues, stress, meal pattern, and associations with food. Many a times I have people do this and get worse instead of better. One is to find them out yourself and get better at it slowly. Or hire someone who can do it for you. And don’t expect years of inactivity, fat build up & and the results of your bad habits go away within a month or 2. If you can’t stick to your diet or workout religiously for atleast a 100 days cycle. Don’t even try to do it. You’ll only make it worse. If at all, anyone is serious on their weight loss goals.
