People always looking for skinny guys and if you see most of the people here in India are only interested in skinny guys , what about people who are average and stocky. I mean why should rest people should do ? I was wondering how many people are ok with average men who have little bit of belly but still not fat ? Was wondering because many of guys even on other dating sites only demand for muscular or skinny guys.

Hey everyone.
This is usually what gay men do. They try to pass off fatphobia as preference. But believe me, there's nothing wrong with your body type. I've had married men come up to me and say, "Hey I'll lose weight for you if you promise to hookup with me". Now everything else aside, I felt bad for the man. He felt shame in being on the heavier side. Which can happen for a lot of reasons which aren't in your control. Medical reasons, genetics, etc.. but that's what gay guys in the prime age do. Make other older men feel bad about their body and make it seem that they need to lose weight in order to get laid. I've been with men outside of india too, they too have the same thing ingrained.
To simply put it. You need to find like minded people. If you're looking for guys who are lean and slim try to find men who are interested in the same. If you're looking for someone bearish or stocky you go find guys/men like them. It all comes down to you eventually. If you're stocky and you're friends with conceited gay men they'll always make you feel bad about your body. There is already a lot of prejudice we as gay or bisexual men face. So get comfortable in your own skin, it doesn't matter what others say. Do what you want, be safe, be sound and Happy Hunting! |
