Struggling with ED

I guess I am suffering from Erectile dysfunction and I am just 24. I am afraid that I might miss out on all the funs that I had before. Have anyone faced ED before?

Do Kegel excercise by urine start stop method. Don't watch *** regularly. Do squats regularly.Do butterfly exercise.

If you get *** in the morning, then there is no physical issues. You are 100% alright... You might have lost *** in some stressful times and your fear makes you to think you have ED. Not getting *** sometimes is ok. No need to panic. Build your confidence

yes,, good sleep and some workout is very imp as good food.. reduce cigarettes' drinks if ur too much into it.. i do neither but i too kind of have issues. i am trying..... and need to go to a good doctor... as most around r bloody money suckers only

At this age u will never have this issue. You r yet to married. Sometime when u r not in right frame of mind, u will not have 90 degree ***. So its only psycological thought, i feel.

Try ashwagandha and shilajeet Tablets. It works okay. Recently I have been trying Moringa powder due to some "other issues" and started getting good hard on all times. Checked online and realised it works wonders. You can buy moringa powder from good brands like organic India for rs 200 or so. It has lot nutrition value as well. If does not work, will give u more tips which shall not be risk at your age

@rajron but bro.. eating food available in nature is good. but i dont think one shd simply follow or start eating thigs after reading in goodgle/ youtube. lot of info is misleading thre ( some maybe good als). there can be so many reasons for ED.. the idea is one needs to go to a genuine doctor( big task to find) and get consultation from them.

First don't panic, eat moringa, coriander, small onions and watermelon. Don't take any medications. Discipline yourself first. Hope at 24 u should *** anything that moves baby

Don't worry. Cool its just temporary. As our brother already stated indulge in physical activity like walking(must), workouts will boost ur blood flow. Eat well , take Bananas , watermelon, nuts. Have good sleep day night. Esp going to bed before 12. This will help.

If you're getting your morning wood then it should be psychological ed. May be the situation you are in might put you in that state. Reduce your stress and don't be anxious about ed and importantly don't search related to this on google, it will increase your anxiety. Another reason for ed may be excessive masturbation. Masturbating 2to3 times a day may lead you to worser situation. Avoid smoking, consumption of alcohol and *** if you're doing it. Stop PMO and start taking these foods for betterment.
1.take raw soaked peanuts 20 no's daily
2.soaked almond's 5 and walnut's 3
3.take raw beetroot or in a form of juice
4. Soak lima bean( mochakottai) overnight and have it by boiling with turmeric, onion and ginger-garlic paste.
5.take red banana daily
6.pumpkin seeds, dates 3 to 4 daily
7.take any lentils daily or in alternative days
8.have good 8hr sleep at night, kegels, walking or jogging
Follow this and you'll experience the difference within 10 days.
This works even for a physical ed.
