Income tax under bridge

This is not a cruising point, but once I was searching a rickshaw and was staying at the beginning of under bridge going towards stadium six roads. It was around 7.30 and 7.45. One uncle took turn there he was coming from old high court...he slowed down his two wheeler and incidently I asked for lift. He allowed me without asking where I was going. he stopped under the bridge as if he had a call..then he put back mobile and set himself very close to me. It was like an invitation. He told me he regularly gets gays there waiting and asking for lifts. So it was an experience but it appears like a regular place..any one here with similar experience there?
