Take the first left from Tarnaka x road on the way to OU campus. Ignore the buildings to the right until you reach the playground entrance on the left.
Walk you way to to the right diagonally across the football ground until you reach the indoor stadium.
There is no specific day of the week actually. You can find guys once it's dark. Footfalls are higher if its a night preceding a holiday or a weekend.
I visited the place twice. I didn't find the best of guys, and by the way use a condom. I came across a couple of guys who weren't in the best of hygiene I must say.

I come to this place often as it's nearest cruising spot for me. This place is definitely very active as most of them come to have fun. Sometimes you find a bottom sometimes you dont. But if you are a first time visitor make sure to go towards indoor stadium as most of them are cruising there and one more thing sometimes police will be roaming if you see any police patrol vehicle in the road please be careful as they will be looking to extract money by blackmailing you...
