Mumbai city: How to spot interest?

I am a foreigner and currently working in India. I am tall (6 feet) and very muscled (240 pounds). When I go out on the streets a lot of men look at me and seem to be impressed. However, I cannot tell if someone was interested. Is there any specific signal whereby native Indians indicate interest. Or is there any other way of approaching a man here with some introductory question? Pls suggest.

We are a country full of contradictions. You will meet some very open minded people but there is also a chance of offending the senses of a conservative individual. And when that happens you cant really say where it will end up. I suggest you focus on making friends and experiancinng our culture when you are in public. You can be open up aboit your sexuality in due course and I dont think people wil mind that but making a pass at someone can get slightly tricky....

For example, in offices, i have no clue how to cue someone, but in trains its something as simple as making eye contact, sometimes not even that, it just happens. As a general tip, visit clubs such as voodoo which is known for a gay night every week (not sure, might have to look it up). Or one of the easiest ways to find a mate is online.
Varunx	Posted On Dec 5, 2016 Hi welcome to Mumbai and you enjoy stating in the city. Indians or mist Asians have the habit of looking at other people directly which is not a norm in western cultures. They may be appreciative but not necessarily through that sense. It would be safe to approach someone through dating sites, meet casually to be sure and then go further. That doesn't clearly mean they are gay or they have any sexual interest in you. i personally don't feel the crotch thing would work...as it would look weird to see a foreigner doing those gesture. Its common for us to see other indian doing it. You trying to act like us would only attract undue attention. The safest way would be online, parties or social networking. be safe while you meet people online as well as there are many cheaters and con artist who can dupe you. which which happens everywhere in the world. We just need to be a bit more careful. have fun. explore. you will love it here.
