Gubbalala
There are vast areas of vacant places near Turahalli Forest area off Gubbalala near Uttarahalli. If you wanna make out with someone, thats the place. Then again its at your own risk. Deserted places often come witj their own dangers! I have done it a couple of times inside a Car there ;)

My office cab comes through this 80 feet road from Global Village. Kind of deserted but doesn't seem to be safe either. |
