Hasen Dam
After the bridge on the 5 mile stretch! there is the fence and a big block like thing by the bridge and you can sometimes find a guy waiting and jerking off next to the fence. There is also a the Toilet's at the middle that you can get *** off by over by those Toilet's or get banged :D

The real name is Hansen rather than Hasen but I think a person can find the place anyway. It's to the west of I-15 at the north end of the San Fernando Valley. |
